Martina is a compassionate coach based in Vienna, focusing on grief counseling and helping people overcome hard times and grow.

I had the immense pleasure of assisting Martina on her first steps into self-employment as a coach by visualising her online presence. In a two-hour shoot we captured Martina both as a coach and as a human being, professional and personal, with outdoor photos at the Viennese Donaukanal.

Martina came to the project with clear ideas: a four-leaf clover logo with a pink leaf representing her four-step process, and a colour palette built around that pink. But more than that, she wanted to appear the way she truly is, natural, strong, and happy. As a cancer survivor who has faced her own share of grief, Martina is one of the most genuine and bubbly people I've worked with. The challenge was to capture both sides of her: joyful and warm, but with real depth, someone who radiates happiness because she knows the shadow side of life, too.

We worked through the branding step by step. I created three mood boards, and from there Martina identified sample images and fonts that felt right. Together we defined a visual language: depth through dark anthracite, lightness through white and pink, and an overall tone that balanced warmth with substance. After the photo shoot, I designed the logo and brand materials, then built her website in Wix Studio — a platform she can now manage independently, handling her SEO, sessions, and workshops with ease.

What made this project unique for me was being able to provide Martina with a comprehensive starting package — everything she needed to step confidently into self-employment. From brand to web presence, it all came together to reflect who she is and the work she does.
